Josh’s Man Trip – Day 4
Our day started with a visit to a ranch in the mountains (“Ranch” tab below). We picked coffee beans and tea leafs, then learned how to make cheese tortillas from scratch… which we washed down with tea made from the leafs we had just picked (yum!).
When our journey continued (“Rafting” tab), we left pavement behind and twisted our way through miles of dirt roads to find the Río Pacuare. There we boarded rafts and began a trek through rainforest covered mountains. Our small group had the river to itself, pretty much the entire way.
