Did you just finish reading Breaking Gravity?

I hope you enjoyed the ride! Please feel free to share any comments/thoughts on the wall below.

Here’s a little ditty I recorded just for you:

Feel like hooking me up?

Would you please consider leaving a quick review of Breaking Gravity? As a new author, the only shot my work has at finding an audience is through word of mouth via ratings/reviews from actual readers such as yourself.

Thank you!

  1. superb storey near believable with some great twists / turns and changes of scene; finally a webpage link which really rounded the whole. I will place a review in smashwords

  2. Thanks for a light and entertaining read. I will give it five stars on smash words. I would be interested in reading your next one as well. I’d be willing to bet there will be more of Dale and friends soon. Let me know.

  3. That was a fun book man, best i’ve read in a while. Do u have a mailing list and how can i subsrcibe? Do you have other books out and where can i find?

Are you going to add to this story? I want to know what happens nex maaaaan. do they get rich? Do they get away.

  4. Fun story, thanks! My only complaint was that I wanted to keep going. I liked the ending but I feel like it’s not over. Please rite a BG2!!

  5. Fun story, opened it this morning finished it this arvo. Had to go look at the site. LOL How many fools went out and bought a Equus 3320 Auto-Ranging Digital Multimeter at Walmart for around $20.

  6. I agree with sci fi guy! Please keep going. Loved this book!!

  7. Great read, well written; loved the humor; superb entertainment; fascinated by the mind that produced this; left me wanting more. Five stars on Amazon!

  8. OK, where’s the 10 star button? Every now and then as I troll the free SCIFI books I come across a good read. This is better than that. This is “Martian” quality writing. Mr. Walters’ writing skills let you slide into the narrative on page one while he spins a great tale that draws you in. With a title like ‘Breaking Gravity’ you know that the ‘science’ won’t hold up to deep inspection but Walters gives a good enough explanation to let you suspend disbelief enough to enjoy the book. Really enjoy the book. Get it while it’s still free, but be sure not to read it until you can finish it; you really can’t put it down. Oh, and read thru to the last page and click on the link — great fun!
Now I gotta go out and find out what else this guy’s written.

  9. Great book, made a nice change from all the military sci-fi I have been reading of late. Fast paced and great characters hope there is more to come. Many thanks.

  10. great read. want BG2 NOW!!!

  11. Great story. As a sci Fi fanatic and ex emoroid I loved the setting and story. So hard to find anything new in my favorite genre, could not put it down. Hope you married Kermit, lmao!

  12. a fun easy read. you found your voice don’t lose it.

  13. Absolutely great book! I devoured it in less than 24 hours. And the soundtrack!! Crystal Method, Pogues, Outkast, Beastie Boys, Matisyahu, Macy Gray??? The whole list is fantastic! If I could request, include some Bad Brains on the next one. They definitely have some songs that would fit your style. We really look forward to the next one.

  14. Great book! I bought it this morning, started it at lunch and just finished it. Which means I need to work double this evening and tomorrow since I’ve accomplished almost nothing work-wise. I enjoyed it greatly, but will save the next one for a weekend day!

  15. I really enjoyed reading Breaking Gravity. As others have pointed out, it was very believable and had enough twists in it that I did not want it to end. In fact, I agree with others who said that you should have kept it going a little longer. Two questions though; are you getting a cut from endorsing the Equus 3320 multimeter or was that just to make it sound more believable? Secondly, what technique do you use to hide the skateboard wheels in the “Dale Adams” video? It was very well done and I would like to incorporate that type of effect in some of my future videos.

  16. Really enjoyed breaking gravity it very quickly became a page turner that I couldn’t put down.

  17. Great story, reminded me of coots Saucer series, but yours seems less outside the world of th possible. I not only got sucked into the main character also liked his background and friends. If you continue the story, and I hope you do, I look forward to learning more about the other member of the group.
I really enjoyed the scientific speculation, it seems mor complete and plausible. A great hypothesis of what and why without knowing the exact cause. It leaves room for further studies. So much better than vague reference to warp drive, wormhole navigation or methods used in other books.

    Thanks for your contribution

  18. Just finished BG and I can’t wait for more. I hope there is a BG2 in the future.
Well written with believable characters that anyone would want as a friend.

  19. I’m suitably impressed. This is better than anything I’ve read in a long long time, and I’ve read pride and prejudice and it trumps that. You found the perpetual motion zero point energy module.Looking forward to the next book

  20. What a really fun read or in my case listen. I enjoyed this book on Audible and I have recommended it to everyone I know. I definitely agree with other commentors here that I would like to see BG2, but I am just as excited by your new stuff. Keep it going and you will have a dedicated fan base and again congratulations on a truly enjoyable book.
